In 2008 we spent a weekend in Copenhagen, Denmark. While walking down the streets we found these pumpkins displayed in a market on the side of the road. I’m not sure if these pumpkins were for sale or just a display. Apparently you can not eat these pumpkins – they are uneatable. This photo was captured by my husband Nektarios. We hired a car when we were travelling around Ireland back in 2008. I can’t remember where we stopped but we saw this horse in a paddock and though it was a great photo opportunity. So, we stopped the car and snapped a pic.
