Ok so i have been really strict; I eat only what im supposed to eat and i work hard at the gym. So when will it start to work? My crazy schedule begins with bootcamp on Monday Wednesday and Friday mornings, weights training on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, three cardio sessions a week, yoga on Tuesday nights, touch on Wednesday nights and personal training on Friday nights. All of this and the scales are still the same.
I have to remind myself that like anything good, it will be worth ‘weighting’ for.
