Benefits Of A List Post
A list post on your blog can be beneficial in so many ways. They are often really easy to read and they allow the reader to scan through the headlines and grasp the main points quickly. A list post can also act as sneeze pages to direct your readers to other topics or posts that are deeper within your blog.
Different Styles of List Posts
List posts can be really short and succinct consisting of just a few bullet points or they can be longer, more detailed and comprehensive. You can write list posts in many different styles and it can often facilitate an efficient writing process for content creation.
List Post Ideas
It’s day 2 of the 31DBBB challenge and I have been listening to Darren Rowse talk about the benefits of list posts on his podcast. Now my head is jam packed with list post ideas that I can use on my blogs. I’m going to write them all down now so that I don’t forget them. Feel free to take inspiration from my list post ideas and create your own.
Note: I have used the number “10” just as a random number. When I actually write the blog post (one day in the future) I will re-evaluate the wording of the title and also the number of points that will be in the list. This list is a bit of a brainstorm for ideas that I can write about on the Greek Weddings Blog (#1 to #52) and also on my personal blog Sia’s Place (#53 to #100).

And that’s enough…
Wow that came really easy to me. As I mentioned in an earlier blog posts, thinking about blog ideas is something that I do all day every day. My stumbling block has always been consistency in my writing. I just need to sit down and write every day. Perhaps if I do that, some of the “list posts” might actually get published.
