Detox Day 1:

Today was the first day of my detox.

I ate almost 100% clean today. I ate mash potato and that was the only thing that i shouldn’t have eaten.

I wrote down everything i ate in my training diary.

I didn’t get to the gym today but i did get dressed in my gym clothes. I had every intention of going to the gym but i just got distracted with other things.

My arms are still sore from last Fridays weights session. I hope they heal soon.

Tomorrow i will go grocery shopping and plan my meals a little better.
