On my very first day at work, i got invited to a dinner party. It was a great night and we got to meet some very interesting people who i can now call our new friends.
This is a pic of my new work friends. The girl on the left is Andrea and she is from Italy. The girl in the middle is Vera and she is Bulgarian but from South Africa.
There were 9 of us at dinner. One Polish, one French, one Italian, one Irish, one South African, one English, two Aussies (that’s us) and one Bulgarian (taking the pic). It was an interesting mix of people which made us realise the differences between us and the rest of the world.
Vera cooked penne marinara with real prawns and we all drank wine the entire night. Nektarios had a martini (shaken not stirred) and we both had a fantastic night 🙂
